I am Eric, Certified Transformational Relationship Coach "THE RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE WITH YOURSELF SETS THE TONE FOR EVERY RELATIONSHIP YOU HAVE" Understanding how love and relationships work from a psychological, emotional, spiritual and scientific point of view has become my passion. Creating a way to take everything I have learned and apply that individually to my clients has become my work, so they can CREATE real and healthy relationships that last. I know that each person is different, and I don't have a one size fits all. My mission is to support you to work on the most important relationship: The one with yourself. A little bit about my story. First my story doesn't define me or who I am. It gives you an overview about my journey and how I have been able to overcome challenges in my life, and what I have learned from it. I did have to overcome some limiting beliefs, patterns, and heal some wounds that have tripped me in the past, especially in relationships. It was not only necessary, it was inevitable. My own experience of going through the challenge of divorce three times gifted me with a new perspective on relationships. My last divorce was one of the most challenging experiences that I've been through and at the same time saved my life, and blessed me with some of the greatest lessons I have ever learned. I had to go beyond my circumstances to unravel my true personality and have the courage to live the life I wanted and live it powerfully. I believe there is a truth beyond any challenges, and you can find it when you are really committed to. I finally took responsibility for my happiness and discovered different ways of strengthening the relationship with myself. I truly believe that every relationship is an opportunity for personal growth and to work on the most important relationship you will ever have: the one with YOURSELF. I have experienced a new way of being myself from a place of love with infinite possibilities. I make choices from a place of empowerment and I am committed to growth. I believe in the power of experiences to unravel the truth of who we are. I REALIZED THAT I AM THE LOVE OF MY LIFE MORE.... Father of 4 kids, Traveller, Adventurer, Truth Seeker. As I reached some very low points in my life where everything fell apart, including losing everything, I felt broken, helpless, hurt, lost, ashamed, angry, and in resistance about everything. I couldn't take it anymore. I was in pain.
I have been in your shoes, more than once, so I know the inner dialog that you are having with yourself right now. I had to gain some new perspectives and change the stories I created about myself, and my experiences. Now I know that it was meant to be. I had to go through all of that to uncover my true personality, to reconnect with my true essence. This is a journey that never ends. Finding a way to enjoy the process is one of the key to move on in the right direction. I had to develop strategies on my own to be the best version of myself, and to believe that there was something better coming my way. I had to surrender to the gift and power of life and embrace uncertainty with faith. I had to accept that I was unique and perfect as I was created, and was worthy to love. Those life experiences gave me a unique gift to share with everyone who is willing to heal the pain and reconnect to their true essence, who is willing to live the life they want, and live it powerfully. I changed the story of my relationships, and reclaim my personal power. As a result of this transformation, I live my life from a place of love, freedom and with a profound respect for myself. I regained Joy and Strength, and live on my own terms. I am fully responsible and committed to my happiness. I have made peace with my past and have broken the spell of my stories. I want to help people who want the same transformation that I had, and are ready to step into uncharted territories to have the best relationship with themselves. As a Heart-centered person, I will empower and guide you through your own discovery about yourself, and help you navigate in your healing process, without any judgments. I have the ability to create a safe space for your healing process where how you feel is valid. I have the ability to see you beyond your circumstances. My gift can be yours. |
